Our knowledge finds its way into the economy, via the transfer of know- how, counseling or problem solutions. This belongs to the commercial function, exercised by us in the society. But there may be situations in which the know-how offered has a higher price than otherwise. Some good examples for this are:
  • the exclusivity.
  • bankruptcy matters.
  • elimination of tax debts.
  • requests for restitution, etc.
